Rio Tinto is offering a two-year Human Resources Graduate Programme for passionate and driven graduates with a BCom or BBA in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology. The programme provides hands-on experience, professional development, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful HR projects in a leading global mining and metals company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured HR training and professional development
• Gain exposure to HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement, and labour relations
• Work on innovative HR projects within a diverse and inclusive environment

Qualifications

• BCom or BBA degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
• Graduation in 2024, 2025, or by March 2026
• South African citizenship
• No prior work experience required
• Must not have participated in a graduate programme before
